Description
A great opportunity to buy an ORIGINAL copy of a VINYL LP from the 1960’s by actor Terry Thomas called "Strictly T-T".
It was the actor's first record album and is a mixture of story telling and songs.
This is a U.K. pressing released in 1961 on the Decca label (LK 4398) (mono). It has a total of 12 tracks (see photos for track listing).
The vinyl is in a clean and shiny GOOD condition. I always examine and grade records under a bright table lamp and there are some light surface marks on side one. On side two there are two light scratches noticeable, which cover several tracks. On playing side one, the light marks do not appear to affect the playing, but on side two, there is an audible light click during the final two tracks. Apart from this area, the rest of the LP plays fine and sounds great.
There are just a few spindle marks noticeable on both labels when tilted towards the light, otherwise the labels are clean and free from any writing or major defects.
The record is perfectly flat and has no warps of any description.
The matrix numbers are: - ARL-5120-1A (side one) and ARL-5121-1A (side two).
The record is housed in its original poly-lined inner sleeve in a VERY GOOD condition, with just some creasing at the corners.
The laminated picture cover is in an EXCELLENT condition. The edges and spine are very strong and the text on the spine is clearly visible. There is a just a hint of ring-wear when tilted towards the light. The back cover is unlaminated and has stayed remarkably clean if just a little faded with age.
