THACKERAY ROCKE Phoenix garage classic
Here’s the second of the remarkable trio of singles by Phoenix garage legends The Thackeray Rocke. It’s hard to say which side catches favor here, both are really smoking, and so representative of what was the height of their powers in 1968. This one’s on Castalia and is ARA 268.
Tracks here are “Can’t You See” and a killer version of “Tobacco Road.”
