Description
I have owned this ultra rare EP (DECCA DFE 8654 mono) from new, as I was (and still am) a huge fan of The Artwoods and I saw them play many times in the 60's, and went to all their London gigs, including the 100 Club plus several other small, intimate clubs, where you could get very close to the band and I remember one time even leaning on Jon Lord's Hammond at one gig, whilst he weaved his magic ! The record is in absolutely superb condition and plays beautifully (I am a HiFi 'buff' and my vinyl collection and CDs for that matter, have always been lovingly cared for and played on very high quality equipment in a smoke-free environment). The cover is in excellent condition with no tears and only a slight 'yellowing', remarkable considering it's 40 years old ! The tracks on this EP are Side One 1. These Boots Are Made For Walking 2. A Taste Of Honey Side Two 1. Our Man Flint 2.Routine. Please note this IS the ultra rare, genuine article and NOT the Luna Blu 're-issue' of which there seem to be several hundred around. My digital camera is being repaired yet again, so sorry, no photos, but please see my 100% eBay Feedback and know you can buy with confidence. I'll even pay the postage worldwide on this item. Also, for your information, I have two copies of Art Gallery by the Artwoods (one signed by Art Wood himself) and all their singles, which again I've owned from new since 1966, all in great condition too and I will be putting these on eBay in the next week or so. If you have any queries or questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Thank you and good luck.
