THIS IS A MASSIVELY RARE LP!!!!  IN FACT I WOULD GO AS FAR AS TO SAY - THAT THIS IS ONE OF THE RAREST LPS I HAVE EVER PUT UP FOR SALE!!!!  FINDING ANY COPIES OF THIS LP ON THE 1ST PRESS 'RAINBOW' CAPITOL LABEL IS IMPOSSIBLY RARE - BUT TO FIND A MONO!!!!  I HAVE NEVER SEEN ONE OF THESE IN MONO - AND I DOUBT WHETHER I WILL EVER SEE ANOTHER!!!!  THIS IS A SERIOUSLY RARE ITEM IN MONO AND IMPOSSIBLY RARE!!!! NOT ONLY THAT - THIS IS SURELY THE BEST EXAMPLE OF THIS RARE LP YOU COULD POSSIBLY EVER HOPE TO FIND!!!!  THIS LP IS IN STUNNING CONDITION WITH SUPERB MONO SOUND!!!!  IT PLAYS SUPERBLY AND HAS CLEARLY ONLY BEEN PLAYED 2 OR 3 TIMES SINCE NEW!!!!  THIS LP IS BRILLIANT MUSICALLY TOO - AND SOLD VIRTUALLY ZERO COPIES ON RELEASE!!!!  IT WILL BE A VERY VERY LONG TIME BEFORE ANOTHER MONO 1ST PRESSING OF THIS TREMENDOUS LP COMES UP FOR SALE AGAIN - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS EXTREMELY RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the original Capitol UK MONO 1st pressing from 1968 and is in STUNNING condition!!!! The record is pressed on THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is T 2955 on the 1st Press MONO Capitol 'Rainbow' Label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality The Band at their best!!!! Any fan of The Band, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and barely ANY spindle marks AT ALL!!!! IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT THIS RECORD HAS ONLY BEEN PLAYED 2 OR 3 TIMES AT THE VERY MOST!!!!  The vinyl is in STUNNING condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, 1 mega light NON SOUNDING hairline only visible under light, 4 or 5 MASSIVELY light and NON sounding wispy scufflines only visible under light,  and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!! The record still retains EVERY BIT of its original gloss, with a deep black look, and still has the shine of the 'new' record!!!!  ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!! It is great to find that the record plays as STUNNINGLY as the visual with NO pops, NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss and NO crackle!!!! The record must STRICTLY grade visually Very Good++++ if not  better - with the playing grade better still!!!!  IT PLAYS SUPERBLY IN STUNNING MONO SOUND!!!! Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL EMI advertising inner sleeve which is in PERFECT white unsplit condition!!!! The MEGA RARE 1st Press FLIPBACK MONO Laminated Cover is in STUNNING condition!!!! It is important to note that this is the 1st Press MONO 'Garrod & Lofthouse' Cover and has 'Patents Pending' on the bottom right hand flipback (later covers do not have this).  It has NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, only slight corner wear (NOT through the colour), only a few light creases, and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! Even the unlaminated back is in STUNNING condition with NO Grubbyness, NO writing, NO wear, and NO yellowing!!!!  The cover must STRICTLY grade Very Good++++ if not better and is EXTREMELY RARE in its own right!!!!  THIS LP IS IMPOSSIBLY RARE IN MONO!!!!  IT WILL BE A VERY VERY LONG TIME BEFORE YOU SEE ANOTHER ONE OF THESE!!!!  SO DONT MISS OUT!!!!
