Super- R&B / soul sounds from US singer & guitarist. In recent times many of Barbara's vintage recordings have enjoyed popularity on the northern soul scene, which culminated in the singer making her first ever trip to Britain in 1999 for a live show.
Visually the record is very,very good. I’ve played it and track 1 has the occasional ‘click’, also track 13. Any other ‘pops’ I think are unobtrusive to the music. The sleeve has an original price label on.
Check the price for a copy on CD & LP records site… a wallet-bustin’ €914.73 - that’s Euros, which is £781.36 or $1,225 (US dollars)…….or get this one for less…..!!!
