The Beach Boys, Friends

The Beach Boys, Friends.

Original 1968 UK Capitol Records stereo LP, ST 2895.

First heavy duty pressing with rainbow rim labels and A7/A7 matrix suffixes (this sounds like a late pressing but is actually indicative of the original).

Visually top end VG plus. Glossy but a few scuff marks, some more obviously visible. These are few in number however.

Plays a strong VG plus, close to EX. Occasional very low level crackle at quieter spots but this infrequent and mostly plays EX.

Original EMI advertising inner EX with no splits.

External sleeve has a three inch closed tear at centre of entry side. Entry side is becoming a little softened. Else fairly clean and tidy with no other faults of note. The top and bottom edges and spine are not worn.
