Description
Hi there. After years of buying records on eBay, I'm finally putting my toe in the water of selling! In the next few weeks I'll be listing a number of Beach Boys, Free, Bad Company, Sabbath, Led Zep albums and plenty more. All original pressings, all in lovely condition.
These albums belonged to my late uncle and the proceeds from these auctions will be going to Michael Tilston's Oesophageal Cancer Fund.
This auction is for: The Beach Boys - Pet Sounds Capitol Records T2458 Mono first pressing in front laminated flipback sleeve
Matrices: Side 1: T2458-1 - Mothers/stampers: 1/AL Side 2: T2458-1 - Mothers/stampers: 1/AR. - KT Tax Code Very clean labels with no writing. Vinyl: Has a lot of hairlines but plays though with only clicks and the occasional pop, mainly in quiet passages. Obviously no skips or jumps. I would conservatively grade VG from a visual and audio perspective. I will give the album a clean before posting to the successful bidder.
Sleeve: A nice example - some laminate creasing and a very small nick/tear towards the bottom of the front sleeve (near the goat's tail!), but otherwise a very solid example with a fully readable spine. Hopefully the pictures all speak for themselves. Would conservatively grade as VG+.
First pressing in a very solid condition which when given a play on my Rega P3 sounded really good!
PayPal only please within 3 days of auction end. UK bidders only please.
Check out my 100% feedback. I've been buying rare vinyl on eBay for many years so bid with confidence! I offer a full refund if you're not completely satisfied.
Thanks for looking and good luck to all bidders!
