These are the UK Originals of ‘1962-1966’ and ‘1967-1970' by The Beatles. The records are complete with the superb early matrices, the earliest 1st press 2 corner die-cut inner sleeves and laminated 1st press heavier card and glossier laminate Garrod & Lofthouse sleeves.
The records are in Excellent condition. The vinyl has a sensational jet black gloss, every track looks superb. There are no significant signs of play at all, just a few of the very faintest hairlines. The labels are perfect, as good as the day they were pressed. The colours are flawless, the text is immaculate and there is NO spindle wear on any side.
The sound quality is Excellent. The vinyl lies completely flat on the turntable and the sound is exceptionally rich and vibrant. There is excellent clarity and audio separation, just very brief moments of the very slightest background hiss, but this is very faint and certainly does not spoil the enjoyment of these LPs at any point. They sounds sensational.
They come complete with the original inner sleeves in Excellent condition. They are completely clean, the 2 red sleeves have the very slightest wear on the bottom edges, but they are still extremely solid. The blue sleeves are absolutely superb.
The Garrod & Lofthouse 1st press gatefold laminated sleeves are in Excellent condition. These are pretty close to perfect, they just have the slightest corner wear. The laminate has a stunning mirrored shine, the colours are vivid and the whole of the sleeves are completely solid and flat. The inside shines like new and it is in sensational bright and clean shape. The spines are very firm with clear text.
