The Beatles - 'Twist And Shout' E.P. GEP 8882.

The Beatles 1964/1965 UK 2nd pressing of the 'Twist And Shout' 7" E.P. Originally released on the 12th July 1963, this much rarer 2nd pressing features the SPELLING ERROR 'Do You Want a Know a Secret' on the side two label. It is offered here in wonderful EXCELLENT/EXCELLENT+ condition.

Released on the Parlophone label both sides feature the 'Sold in UK....' text, 'Recording First Published 1963' text and have 'The Parlophone Co.Ltd' rim print. The 'KT' tax code is embossed on the side two label. The side two label INCORRECTLY lists the track 'Do You Want To Know a Secret' as 'Do You Want a Know a Secret' missing out the word 'TO'. It is very, very unusual to find this spelling error on a 2nd pressing. The vinyl is housed within the original front laminated flip back sleeve printed by Garrod. The rear sleeve has two stickers attached 'PPL' and 'D 4/4/65' but otherwise is in great shape grading as EXCELLENT/EXCELLENT+ condition.

The Matrix numbers are:

Side 1. 7TCE 762-2N 2 4 RGO KT

Side 2. 7TCE 763-1N 1 5 ARN KT

The vinyl is in EXCELLENT condition on side one and EXCELLENT+ condition on side two. A wonderful example.

Both labels are in EXCELLENT condition.

The sleeve is in EXCELLENT/EXCELLENT+ condition. Two stickers to the rear.
