Description

The Beatles - 'Revolver' LP. PMC 7009

The Beatles 1966 UK MONO pressing of the 'Revolver' LP. Released on the 13th August 1966, this is regarded as The Beatles most creative and innovative LP. It is offered here FULLY COMPLETE.

Released on the yellow and black Parlophone label both sides feature the 'Sold in UK....' text and have 'The Gramophone Co Ltd....' rim print. The 'KT' tax code is embossed on the side two label. This copy has the unusual feature of having different label styles on each side. Side one has a serif font and side two has a sans serif font (see the pictures it should become clear). This comes complete with the original ‘Made in Great Britain’ inner sleeve and 'Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd Patents Pending' sleeve.

The Matrix numbers are:

Side 1. XEX 605-2 8 GGG

Side 2. XEX 606-2 2 PD

The vinyl is in VERY GOOD/VERY GOOD- condition.

Both labels are in VERY GOOD+ condition BUT a scratch mark on the a-side.

The sleeve is in EXCELLENT- condition. A nice example with original shop sticker on rear.

The inner sleeve is in VERY GOOD- condition. I will include an additional sleeve to protect the original.

This LP will be very carefully packaged for transit. UK recorded postage is: £4.55. EU recorded postage is: £12.95. Rest of the world recorded postage is: £18.95. Combined, reduced postage is available.
