THE BEATLES All My Loving UK PARLOPHONE EP 1N/1N 2nd Sold In The UK / Freeman
The Beatles, All My Loving.
Original circa 1964 UK Parlophone Records 7" mono EP housed in picture sleeve, GEP 8891.
Second issue evidenced by capitalized Parlophone text rims and "Recording First Published" and "Sold in UK" text to labels. The KT tax code is embossed to the B side label and also stamped to the dead wax/run-offs of both sides. Earliest 1N/1N matrix suffixes. Deemed a second pressing as has "Robert Freeman" credit to rear panel, which was absent from the first pressing.
Vinyl visually a strong VG. Surfaces are still glossy but display some light hairline scuff marks. Spindle wear is light and not excessive.
Play grades a conservative VG plus. Some minor background crackle, but this very infrequent and much plays EX.
Each label side has a previous owner paper label affixed with a small strip of sellotape. The label is near identical to both sides, and placed in a near identical position to both sides. Else the labels are clean and undefaced and still have a good gloss.
Sleeve a strong VG. Front and rear panels are still bright and clean. Free of loss, stickers, inscriptions etc. with the exception of a penned name and some pen scoring to top left of rear backflap. Else the predominantly white rear is very clean with just one tiny smudge mark. A touch of ringwear impression both sides, including disc outline impression. Laminate is intact and tidy with an area of air pocketing to top right corner. Rear backflaps are intact and tidy. Edges are clean and tidy and entry side is not unduly worn or feathered.
Note that the photo of the sleeve shows some unusual patination to the dark bottom half of the front panel. This is light bounce/gloss and not actually visible.
Although not mint, this is still a nice example and has survived in better condition than is the norm.
