The record has the very faintest/lightest of superficial/hairline surface marks and grades EX to EX+. 

The inner sleeve has hardly any wear apart from light creasing and grades EX.

The insert has hardly any wear and grades EX.

The gatefold sleeve (with Obi) has light wear. Light corner wear with a small corner bump on the bottom left corner on the back. There is some small edge wear on the bottom edge on the back. There is some on the inside, mainly on the outer edges. The price on the Obi on the inside has been covered over with felt tip.  The sleeve grades EX.
