The record has the very lightest and faintest superficial/hairline surface marks and grades EX. 

The lyric insert has some creasing and foxing and grades VG+.

The gatefold sleeve has the very lightest edge wear/ Very minor corner wear with slightly more being on the top right corner. Extremely light ring wear/rubbing marks (barely noticeable). Some light foxing/staining on the inside and grades EX.

The Obi has hardly any wear apart from quite a bit of foxing/staining on the back, mainly near the bottom.
