Description
Hello and welcome to one of my auctions! I am a record collector for over 15 years now and I think it’s about time to sell a couple records to make some room and pass it on to another collector. This week’s auctions feature my Rolling Stones, Beatles (and related) and 60’s beat records that are from my own personal collection, so here we go!
On offer, an extremely rare Holland 1st CLUB PRESSING of The Beatles – The Beatles “Boek en Plaat” album on the SILVER / BLACK Parlophone label, cat. no. DS 018 / SCBP 1013.
The record is in VG to VG+ condition; there are a couple non-sounding hairlines, some inaudible scuff marks and a couple small sounding marks on the first track of side 2. The labels are in EX minus condition; there are a couple spindle marks only.
The cover is in VG+ condition; at one point this cover has been stuck to another cover and that has left traces in the middle of the top section and middle section (just around John Lennon’s head) on the front. There is also a very small crease in the top right corner on the front. Besides these little imperfections, there is only some very slight handling wear.
This is an extremely hard to find original Netherlands only CLUB PRESSING with unique cover. This album was only available to member of the Dutch Book Clubs “Boek en Plaat” or NLC, making this album not available to the general public. This is a unique opportunity to complete your life-time Beatles record collection! A must have for all Beatles label collectors! Happy Bidding!
