THE BEATLES  CHRISTMAS ALBUM APPLE RECORDS MONO LP SBC-100   When Beatles broke up in 1970, Apple records compiled all of their 1963-69 annual Christmas messages which the band had distributed  to their fan clubs via a series of  flexi-discs and 45rpm singles and issued them on a single album. 
ORIGINAL U.S. PRESSING from 1970 on the APPLE LABEL THIS IS AN ORIGINAL, AUTHENTIC U.S. PRESSING, NOT A REISSUE. PRINT ON THE SPINE STATES "THE BEATLES CHRISTMAS ALBUM: SBC-100" CLEAR AND CRISP PHOTOS OF ALL SIX CHRISTMAS EP’S ON BACK COVER INCLUDING THE 1964 RECORD WHICH SHOWS UP BLURRED ON COUNTERFEIT PRESSINGS. THE TITLE "THEATRE ROYAL" OVER JOHN LENNON'S HEAD IN THE LOWER ROW, SECOND BOX FROM LEFT IS CLEAR AND FOCUSED. THERE IS A "DEEP GROOVE" ABOUT 1 INCH FROM THE SPINDLE HOLE WHICH DISTINGUISHES THIS FROM BOOTLEGS WHICH HAVE THIS MARK MUCH FARTHER AWAY FROM THE HOLE, CLOSER TO THE EDGE OF THE LABEL. ORIGINAL CARDBOARD COVER LIGHT BLUE COVER WITH METALLIC, CHROME-LIKE FINISH. THE RECORD HAS “BELL SOUND” STAMP IN THE TRAIL-OFF VINYL. THICK, HEAVY VINYL PRESSING.
COVER IS STILL IN ITS ORIGINAL SHRINKWRAP (BUT OPEN) AND IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH VERY LIGHT WEAR! THE VINYL IS NEAR MINT WITH ONE OR TWO VERY LIGHT SCUFFS!

RECORD GRADING POLICY

MINT = like new or near new with only one or two small insignificant defects, a 9 or better on a 1-10 scale

EXCELLENT = Would be Near Mint, except for a couple of light hairlines or scuffs, which do not affect play

VG++ = still a very nice record with all or nearly all of its original gloss but may have a few more light, surface marks, hairlines, needle tracks or the like which should not materially affect play

VG+ = a nice, but used record that may have a series of light scuffs or scratches. It probably plays with a few pops, but has no serious problems.

VG = a well-used record that still should sound OK when played, but may have moderate surface noise, pops, etc.

VG- = a very well-worn record that plays through without skipping, but will do until a better copy comes along.

Good = not actually good at all but probably will play through but with much in the way of surface noise, pops, crackles, etc. Still, will have no cracks, chips or the like

Fair = you are getting this record just to own but not to play

Poor = the sky's the limit, generally I will discard a record this bad (and sell the cover, jacket or sleeve alone) unless the label holds some particular interest

PLEASE NOTE: We have set our shipping prices to cover costs on an average basis. You may be charged slightly more - or less - than the actual cost of postage; Priority postage varies according to destination, records and jackets vary in weight, all of which makes it impossible to set an exact "correct" price for all customers, especially internationally. We ship all LP's in new (unused) custom LP mailers. We pack records with filler pads, placing the disc in an inner sleeve outside the cover to prevent seam splitting in transit. Part of our postage fee covers the cost of the mailer and pads (which currently costs us up to a dollar per).
