THE BEATLES CHRISTMAS RECORD ‘FROM THEN TO YOU’ 1970 STEREO VINYL LP.
In December 1970, The Beatles UK fan-club sent out to members a compilation LP of all seven recordings of their Christmas songs, entitled ‘From Then to You’. The origin of this particular copy in the listing is unknown as I purchased it at a car boot sale. It does not appear to be an official issue as it features a Ruthless Rhymes record label without a track listing (see scan). The run off numbers are BCC104A/BCC104B.
Side One features 1963/64/65/66 and Side Two 1967/68/69 Beatles Christmas records. The record has no scratches or other surface marks and plays perfectly without any crackle, jumps or clicks.
Clear cellophane inner sleeve. The illustrated outer card sleeve is in good condition with no rough edges or nicks. The corners are slightly bumped, the white background appears grubby through handling and ageing and there is a visible circular indentation on both sides corresponding to the shape of the LP that probably occurred during storage. There is a small liquid stain at the bottom left-hand corner that is also visible on the reverse.
Due to the rarity of the album it will be sent by Royal Mail Signed For service.
End of auction: The buyer should make contact within 3 days of the auction ending and make payment within 5 days of the auction ending unless otherwise agreed. An eBay reminder will be sent if contact/payment is not made within this period.
Payment: PayPal only.
Packaging:The LP will be enclosed in cellophane, placed in a stiffened protective packaging and posted by Signed For First or Second Class Small Parcel mail (buyer's choice). Buyer pays for postage only, not for packaging or eBay fees. Due to the dimensions of the package it is designated by the Post Office as a Small Parcel and postage is priced accordingly.
Postage: First Class £4.40 Second Class £3.90 Signed For Small Parcel.
Despatch: Will post to UK only. Item will be mailed within one working day of receiving payment (please check the postmark). I always obtain a Royal Mail Proof of Posting.
