THE BEATLES ‘GREATEST’

GERMAN EMI ODEON SMO 73991 STEREO 1968

A rare stereo German first press of Beatles compilation on the original white, red and gold Odeon label.

COVER:  The laminated sleeve I would grade as Mint Minus, retaining a ‘shop new’ look with only very minor scuffing on the top right opening edge. The back cover likewise, except for small handwriting in top right hand corner giving the date April 2nd 1968 which can be assumed was the original date of purchase.

VINYL:  The record itself is in pristine condition - I would wager that this album has never been played! The vinyl is ‘shop new’ and retains it’s original sheen. I cannot see any visible marks even under strong light and although I am normally cautious about using the term mint, in this case I wouldn’t hesitate. The labels are crisp and bright.
