THE BEATLES – HELP! Odeon 984008 Export to Switzerland
This is the super rare German Export to Switzerland pressing of HELP! ... the really rare one that was sold in Swiss Book & Record shops called EX LIBRIS. This unique HELP! cover photo can only be found on this specific release.
The visual grading is as follows: Front Cover is VG+ to Excellent. Back Cover is VG to vg+. The labels are graded VG+. Vinyl looks VG+ to Excellent ... but has a manufacturing defect that I call "speed bumps" on both sides. I have never played this LP. On request, I will play it and grade it for you. But you must request this in time before the auction ends. This is one of the best looking covers I have come across in 45 years of collecting. Note that the original cover was / is of poor construction in comparison to the UK Parlophone covers. These Odeon covers tended to wrinkle, tear and rip much easier than the UK Parlophone covers. That is why finding a "decent" cover has been really difficult and why a really nice one commands top price.
