Hello and welcome to this auction for a 'Beatles - Help!' 1965 FIRST PRESS STEREO vinyl LP in overall VERY GOOD/VERY GOOD+ condition.
This particular pressing features the FIRST PRESS labels on both sides, with the Sans Serif font! A stereo copy of a mid-sixties Beatles album is considered to be much rarer than the original mono copies as the demand for stereo records was very low at the time! Most people didn't even have the correct equipment to play stereo records on! They are highly collectible and rare! DO NOT MISS OUT!!!

Condition:
Vinyl (visual): Side 1 - quite a lot of hairline marks and light scratches. Nothing that I can feel however so shouldn't affect play too much! Currently rated as VERY GOOD. Label is VERY GOOD+ Side 2 - same as Side 1 with a few less marks! Nothing feelable!
Audio: I have play-tested the first track on Side 1 and the first track on Side 2 ONLY!! They both rate as EXCELLENT!! VERY light crackle on the run-ins but it isn't that noticeable and it doesn't affect the actual audio! VERY punchy and very crisp with lots of clarity! NO skips, sticks or jumps on my system on these tracks!
SOUNDS A LOT BETTER THAN IT LOOKS!!
Inner Sleeve: The EMI advertising inner sleeve appears to be from a later year but still EMI! It is currently in VERY GOOD condition. It does have an approximately 1" split to the bottom - noting serious! Elsewhere, there are some creases and age-related wear.
Sleeve: The original 1965 outline STEREO flipback sleeve is in VERY GOOD condition. The front of the sleeve does have some light ringwear and light discolouration. It also has some light creasing and light lamination creasing. It still has a great gloss and shine and looks great! All edges intact! The rear of the sleeve is nice and clean with some discolouration. The flipbacks are all intact with light wear and light creasing. The spine is 99% readable with some creasing (please see pictures). Overall, a great rare sleeve that houses the record very well with no major issues or splits!
