I believe it is Variation C for the following reasons: Side 1 is practically the same as in variation 1A but the titles of “Girl” on track 5 and6 are now aligned directly above each other. Side 2 has a few more differences in the tracklist layout. Most noticeably, the second line now begins with BIEM instead of NCB; and “Yesterday” now no longer begins on its own line. The layout in general is neater with the space being used a little more efficiently.
It also has the original Tracing-paper-lined ‘Use Emitex’ die-cut inner sleeve, in excellent condition.
The front laminated Garrod and Lofthouse picture sleeve has only very light wear, there are no tears or bends or stains
The album cover shows the Beatles with their arms positioned to spell out a word in flag semaphore. According to cover photographer "I had the idea of semaphore spelling out the letters 'HELP'. But when we came to do the shot, the arrangement of the arms with those letters didn't look good. So we decided to improvise and ended up with the best graphic positioning of the arms."
On the UK Parlophone release, the letters formed by the Beatles appear to be "NUJV"
Help! is the fifth studio album by The Beatles and the soundtrack to their film of the same name. It was released on 6 August 1965. Seven of the fourteen songs, including the singles appeared in the film and took up the first side of the vinyl album. The second side included Yesterday, the most covered song ever written.
The heavy vinyl is in excellent condition, plays very well and sounds amazing.
