I don’t really know much about this 12”, I picked this up when I worked for a record company in the 90s.  What I do know is that it is not a bootleg and it is George Harrison singing.  However, I believe that The Beatles have a policy of not allowing remixes of their songs, so whether this was pressed and then the copyright was denied and it was withdrawn, I don’t know, but I doubt that it ever got released.

 

There are two remixes of Here Comes The Sun, both of them very 90s and quite tastefully done.  Both tracks are basically dance tunes with breaks in where George has been sampled just singing: Here comes the sun, here comes the sun, it’s alright. No other vocals have been sampled from the original.  I’m not really up on my dance music, but I believe the genre would be House/Trance.  If anybody can shed any light on this 12”, whether you want to bid or not, I’d be happy to hear from you.

 

I have played the disc a few times, but I have always been extremely careful with my vinyl and so the disc is still in excellent condition.  Comes packaged in a Zaptra label sleeve.  The scheduled release date has been written on the label of side AA.

 

Distributed in the UK by Zaptra Records, scheduled for release 26.6.95.  Cat no. ZATR7.

EXCELLENT = has been played and shows extremely light signs of having been used, or is unplayed but has very very light signs of wear

 

VERY GOOD = has been played and shows moderate signs of this

 

GOOD = shows lots of signs of having been played but still plays perfectly
