THE BEATLES Introducing The Beatles LP VeeJay 1062 Version II

THE BEATLES

Introducing The Beatles

VJLP 1062

Extremely rare original and real deep groove mono LP

One of the fun things about this LP is collecting as many different versions and as many different pressings as possible. There are many (high quality) fakes that are worth seeking out.

This is Version II, as you can tell by the song titles.

How I know this is not a fake:

George's shadow is visible on the front. Front and back are glossy, printing is sharp.

The record itself has The Beatles and Introducing the Beatles printed above the spindle hole. There is less than 1" of deadwax on both sides. Both indications that it's not a fake.

And….it comes in the original VeeJay paper sleeve.

Jacket shows only some light and minor wear. Bottom right split about 1/2". No tape, no writing. See photos.

Vinyl is rough. It shows an absolute plethora of superficial marks on the faces. There are more than few marks I can lightly feel with a fingernail pass.

All in all, this is a great LP at a remarkable starting price.
