The Beatles Let It Be UK 1970 Parlophone PCS 7096 Export Edition

Original CBS contract pressing copy export edition UK version of The Beatles Let It Be with the incredibly rare Parlophone silver black label PCS 7096 EMI box logo. The Parlophone labels of the CBS contract pressing is drastically different from the regular standard export Parlophone labels. The labels of this copy has a 2.70' pressing ring along with many unique features. These labels contain not only the number identifying the side, but also the word "Side". Instead of the record speed of "33 1/3", the labels of this copy indicate "33" even. The unique features of these labels don't end here as the publishing credit is missing for all of the songs. Additionally, these labels have "A" and "B" below the catalog number PCS 7096, which is missing the "P" prefix that stands for "Parlophone" and can be seen on the standard export Parlophone labels. "An E.M.I. Recording" is also missing on these labels, just like the "Made in Gt. Britain" text. The trail-off vinyl also has a unique characteristic and doesn't contain the matrix numbers on Side 1. The machine stamped matrix numbers of Side 2 read: CBS Logo YEX 774-3U. Original printed and made in Great Britain by Garrod and Lofthouse Ltd. export cover with the "Parlophone" boxed logo on the back cover. The album comes with the original "Made in Great Britain / Patent Nos. 1125555" white inner sleeve. I grade the vinyl as strong Very Good as it has some light surface marks, hairlines and scuffs from the inner sleeve. The vinyl plays well with some occasional background noise and light clicks, but doesn't have any jumps or skips. The clean labels just have a few light spindle marks on Side 2.
