Description
• Disc condition: NM - Disc is flat to the deck, no dishing or warping and hardly any spindle wear, and so hardly played. Crisp labels. Visually the disc just displays a couple of wispy marks only under a strong light, but over all superb as is the Audio. Comes with rare "Factory Sample" sticker on side 2 label.
• Sleeve condition: NM - Highly glossy fully laminated sleeve. With correct Red Apple logo on back sleeve. In superb shape, hard to find a better looking sleeve!
• Box condition: EX - Garrod & Lofthouse laminated box construction is in excellent shape. Light wear only to it. More importantly, all parts of it are ORIGINAL!
• Matrix/Stampers: YEX-773-2U 1 7 RH YEX-774-2U 5 TG
• This is a rare FACTORY SAMPLE copy of the first pressing of the Let It Be UK box set as issued in 1970. It carries the catalogue number PXS 1, however you will not find it anywhere on the release. It comes complete with a thick NM 164-page softback book which is in superb shape too. The vinyl matrix 2U/2U and red Apple on rear of the LP sleeve is all correct to this release. There is no Apple product poster insert, because contrary to popular belief, it was never actually part of the actual box set release. Over the years dealers have included it and this myth has gained traction! More importantly, the box set is ALL ORIGINAL and COMPLETE, and is in stunning shape over all. This could be your keeper copy! Don't miss it as you will be hard pressed to find a nicer example!
