Description

On offer here is a UK STEREO 1st pressing of the album LET IT BE by BEATLES.

The Cat. No is PCS7096 on the APPLE label. The matrix numbers are as follows: Side 1, YEX 773-2U Side 2 YEX 774-2U. The mothers and stampers are: side 1, 1 above 7MM, side 2, 2 (crossed out) 1GL.

THE LABELS are in VG+ with NO WRITING and light spindle marks.

THE VINYL cosmetically is in VG condition. There are surface marks but not that are feelable and heavy. I have played it through and it sounded fine with NO JUMPS or STICKS. I did notice some noise at the start of Track 1 Side 2 as well as a few clicks here and there, and light background noise was evident in the run on grooves, gaps and more quiet moments. Playback grades as VG.

THE INNER SLEEVE is a plain paper inner sleeve which is in VG condition with internal tape repairs to 3 sides, some light discolouration and minor creasing but no writing.

THE COVER is the original fully laminated printed by G&L. cover with the RED APPLE LOGO on the reverse and thin spine This is in VG+ condition. There is NO WRITING, TEARS or RIPS just some minor creases and light ringwear. All the edges are sound and the spine is fully legible.

THE BOOK is in VG condition. There is a crease across the bottom corner and 1 of the pages is loose and creased but still there and no pages are missing

THE OUTER BOX SET SLEEVE is in VG condition. Although there is NO WRITING, TEARS or SPLITS there is noticeable wear to the corners and a little surface rubbing to a couple of the edges.

THE OUTER TRAY is in VG condition. Once again there is NO WRITING or TEARS but there is wear to the corners and edges and some creasing.

THE INNER TRAY is not the original but is a very sturdy homemade replacement made out of polyboard.
