Description
The Beatles NM- "GIRL" NEVER RELEASED PICTURE SLEEVE, ONLY A FEW THOUSAND MADE!
So here’s the story:
In 1977, Capitol Records #4506 (Girl / You're Going to Lose That Girl) was going to be released as a single from the Love Songs album, but was withdrawn at the last minute. A few thousand picture sleeves and a small quantity of promotional copies of the record were already made up.
Today, the picture sleeves are prized rarities.
And this one’s a beaut, strong and free from seam splits, labels, staples, tears or any owner marks. Only a small scratchy section on the B-Side keeps this valuable sleeve from NM status.
Thanks for looking, and Good Luck!
PLEASE NOTE: All net proceeds from this sale will be placed in a Special Needs Trust Fund for my son, who suffers from a Traumatic Brain Injury as a result of being hit by a motor vehicle. Your bid is appreciated. However, it is not a charity and there are no tax benefits.
Beatles records are fragile and more than a half-century old. Each has been play-tested once on a newer Sony turntable used only for that purpose. They are being described here in complete, honest and accurate detail, and are sold “as is.” I cannot be responsible for different results due to the buyer’s own equipment. Your satisfaction, along with my 100% Feedback, are very important.
This item will be packed securely, with records in paper sleeves. Once payment is transferred from eBay to my bank account, it will be shipped to USA only! Payment must be submitted within 3 days of closing, or buyer forfeits all rights to purchase.
