Description
"Dick James" (both labels 1&2) 1st press! Ok playback; no skips or jumps, but certainly played. Low crackle is heard throughout Side 1 with some pops just before Boys starts, and a few during the song, although not terribly offensive. Overall, Side 1 basically has a moderately played/used nostalgic sound-VG. Side 2 plays VG until the middle of A Taste Of Honey, a cloudy/film splotch that covers the length of the last 3 tracks causes a static type sound that sometimes rises above the music each time it passes by, but not so much on Twist And Shout do to the track being a loud cut, ultimately giving the rest of Side 2 a Good+ playback grade. The vinyl has retained it's gloss except for the "cloud spot", VG/Excellent visual grade. The all important labels carry the correct MZT tax code, and are beautifully solid, while the etchings for each side of the vinyl are also correct for a 1st press, side 1 1 M, & side 2 1 T Mothers. The 2nd print 'Emitex' inner is in Excellent order with no seam-splits. The sleeve is from a 4th or 5th pressing "Please Please Me", and it is very solid with no seam-splints and fully intact lamnent. On the rear of the sleeve, a flip back edge is worn off.
