I am selling some of my personal collection of records mostly from the sixties and seventies-the majority of which are first pressings- to help towards the cost of a car for my granddaughter. I have not played my records much since CDs were introduced but have always kept them clean and stored upright in plastic sleeves on the shelves where my stereo sits.
Graded using Record Collectors Grading System.
Record graded Ex Sleeve graded VG+

Original UK 1963 Parlophone mono PMC 1202.
Has Dick James Music credits. Large mono on cover. Photo: Angus McBean is printed on the bottom right corner starting after the last s in songs.
Matrix XEX 421-1N / XEX 422-1N
I've just played this through, both sides and the sound is still great quality for a 52 year old record. There are no jumps, pops or clicks although a little static is audible on the run in grooves and between tracks.
Visually the vinyl has a nice sheen to it and although there are a few minor light scuffs and light scratches they do not affect play in any way. 
Labels are clean with only minor spindle wear.
The sleeve is in great condition for its age and is very clean and tidy. The corners show light signs of wear and there is a small triangular tea stain to the front lower right corner and to a lesser extent to the back lower left corner - so I've graded it as VG+ rather than excellent. Comes with the original Emitex inner sleeve which has no tears or stains.
