THE BEATLES

Something New”

Capitol Records T-2108

ORIGINAL 100% authentic PROMO COPY very early 1st East Coast Capitol Records Scranton, Pennsylvania pressing plant mono copy of The Beatles Something New  condition. The Beatles Something New is the third Capitol LP release and fifth American album release overall by The Beatles, following A Hard Day's Night released on the United Artists. Something New includes eight songs from the original British release of A Hard Day's Night, along with the tracks "Slow Down" and "Matchbox" from the Long Tall Sally EP and the German-language version of "I Want to Hold Your Hand". Unlike the Stereo version, the mono release contains the alternative versions of "Any Time At All," featuring a different mix during the instrumental bridge, "I'll Cry Instead." with the "missing" third verse, "When I Get Home", the line "Till I Walk Out That Door Again" during the song's bridge has a different vocal passage from the UK mono mix, "If I Fell," featuring Lennon's non-double tracked introductory vocal, "And I Love Her" with McCartney's non-double tracked vocal. . Beautiful spine with nice corners, only having some light bumping. Since I am grading the record conservatively, I am going to mention that the back cover has some very light discoloration along with a very light creasing at the top but nothing significant.  The back cover contains a factory RIAA 3 designator at the bottom right corner, identifying the pressing as Scranton, Pennsylvania.. Outstanding PROMO COPY
