Rare 1963 UK fourth pressing 14-track mono LP, the second of of the black & yellow label design to be issued with 'The Parlophone Co' but without 'Sold In The UK'. Front laminated Ernest J. Day flipback picture sleeve.
THIS COPY IS CERTAINLY ONE OF THE FINEST WE HAVE HAD THROUGH OUR HANDS IN YEARS. THE SLEEVE IS OUTSTANDING FOR A 53-YEAR-OLD. THE SPINE IS FULLY INTACT, THERE'S JUST VERY NOMINAL CREASING TO THE FLIPBACKS. THE ORIGINAL OWNER'S NAME IS WRITTEM VERY SMALL AND FAINTLY ON THE OTHERWISE BRIGHT REAR COVER.
THE LABELS ARE CLEAN AND SCUFF FREE-THE ORIGINAL OWNER'S NAME IS WRITTEN ON THE LABEL OF SIDE 2.
THE VINYL ITSELF IS BRIGHT AND WHILST HAVING OBVIOUSLY BEEN PLAYED AND ENJOYED STILL REMAINS IN A VERY GOOD CONDITION!!
Fourth pressing, summer 1963 – January 1964. Ernest J.Day & Co. front laminated cover, with large “mono” on front. Black label with yellow logo and silver print. “The Parlophone Co. Ltd.” printed at the start perimeter print and “Recording first published 1963?. Matrix numbers: Side 1: XEX 421-1N; Side 2: XEX 422-1N.
