The record has hardly any marks & grades EX+.

The inner black die-cut sleeve has hardly any wear & grades EX.

The fold out insert has quite a lot of creasing & grades VG.

The sleeve has some light creases down the spine and a couple near to the right edge. Some foxing, mainly near the bottom right corner & a small bit on the back. Very light ring wear/rubbing marks & it grades VG+ to EX. 

The Obi has some light foxing. There is a small tear on the back & also on the bottom and there are some creases near the bottom on the back and a small part has been cut away (almost like a deletion cut).
