THE BEATLES – “REVOLVER” LP 1st PRESSING AUGUST 1966 MONO PMC 7009

Original UK Mono LP on the traditional Black and Yellow Parlophone label

Matrix Side 1 XEX 605-2

Matrix Side 2 XEX 606-2

Laminated front Album Cover has the original wrap around cover/round-cut corner. “Printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. Patents pending”

Album cover is in very good condition EXCEPT my father as a young 17 year old wrote his name “MALCOLM DAY” in blue biro on the back cover. See photo for details. . .

The original red price sticker is still on the front cover “32/5 ½” approximately i.e approximately £1.62!!

The Original lined inner sleeve – printed with at the bottom “PATENTS APPLIED FOR” is in very good condition

Record label on Side 2 has the early misprint on track 4 “Dr. ROBERT” later changed to “DOCTOR ROBERT”

Black label with yellow logo and silver print. “The Gramophone co. Ltd” printed at the start perimeter print and “Sold in U.K. subject to resale price conditions . . .”

The Record Labels show some slight discolouring at the top of both sides where cellotape was removed.

Record has been in storage & not played for nearly 30 years but is Very Good Condition (Record Collector Magazine Grading). I recently played the album & it plays very well no clicks pops or skips etc

Vinyl Records to be posted will be removed from their outside sleeve and placed between two cardboard stiffeners which will be then taped together and placed inside a cardboard record mailer box.
