Description

THE BEATLES Revolver Mono Original

(Parlophone Records PMC 7009) Rare original 1966 UK black and yellow label 14-track mono vinyl album. A noted discrepancy is that both the label and sleeve credit side two, track four as DR. ROBERT, as opposed to later pressings which credit 'Doctor Robert'. The flipback front-laminated sleeve is printed by Garrod & Lofthouse. With both "The Gramophone Co Ltd" perimeter text and "Sold In The UK Subject..." Label Text.

Matrix Numbers: Side One XEX 605-2, Side Two XEX 606-2.

Track 4, side two is spelt Dr. Robert on sleeve and Dr. Robert on the label. Included is the original tracing paper lined ‘Use EMITEX’ inner sleeve.

Tracks:
1. Taxman
2. Eleanor Rigby
3. I'm Only Sleeping
4. Love You To
5. Here, There And Everywhere
6. Yellow Submarine
7. She Said She Said
8. Good Day Sunshine
9. And Your Bird Can Sing
10. For No One
11. Dr. Robert
12. I Want To Tell You
13. Got To Get You Into My Life
14. Tomorrow Never Knows

The vinyl is in VG+-Ex condition, a few light marks but no signs of excessive play or handling. The laminated flipback picture sleeve is clean, with only a couple of small creases

A very nice copy of a rare and collectable mono Beatles album..
