RARE NEAR MINT STEREO UK
LP ON PARLOPHONE RECORDS
This is part of a large collection I am selling on behalf
of a friend. Most of the collection is Jazz/Easy Listening
/50's-60's Pop, If you like this genre then check back often as there will be more titles added over the next few months on 7" EP's and singles, plus 10" and 12" LPs.
Having checked the info available on the Record Collector Online Price Guide I can nearest match it to the 1969 re-issue, but my gut feeling is this is a 1970's pressing. I shall give as much info as possible! The record itself appears just about mint. I can't see a mark on it. The sleeve is excellent too, with only very minor wear around the edges and minor colour discolouration, mainly on the sleeve "overlaps" on the back. The record label has the parolphone name and logo in B&W print, in a box. The EMI logo is also boxed and appears twice on each label. top and bottom. The rest of the print is all silver on black. It also says "made in Great Britain" around the label edge, along with the usual legal text. The run-out grooves are engraved with YEX605-3 & YEX 605-4. Sleeve is printed and made by Garrod & Lofthouse Ltd. Inner sleeve is plain white paper.
