THE BEATLES' 'RUBBER SOUL' LP, (UK version), as released on the EMI-ODEON label, the rare 1982 Japanese 14-track translucent RED VINYL LP in MONO. EAS-70135.
SCARCE LIMITED EDITION audiophile quality Japanese Pressing. This Mint Minus 1982 pressing is held in the highest esteem by many audiophiles. This record is housed in a Mint Minus condition sleeve complete with the original biography/lyric insert and narrow 1982 series obi-strip! The sleeve has crisp corners and no creases. The fragile Obi is in remarkable condition. No Tearing, No wearing. There is a little age related browning at the back of the obi, and on one edge of the lyric sheet. However, more importantly, this LP has hardly ever been handled. The vinyl apears to be in MINT condition, surfaces retain their original deep, glossy sheen with no dulling, absolutely flawless vinyl, no scratches, no hairlines and no scuffs or signs of handling. On close inspection, there are at most two light spindle traces per label to indicate that this record has been played.

Grading:
VINYL Visual: The vinyl surfaces retain their original deep, glossy sheen with no dulling. The vinyl lies totally flat. Flawless.
VINYL Audio: Sensational audio reproduction throughout with a clean, vibrant sound and incredible detail and subtlety on playback. This pressing conveys bass guitar exceptionally well. There are no clicks, sticks or jumps, no surface noise heard (the run-ins and track divisions are practically silent too) Critically graded MINT MINUS for audio.
SLEEVE: The satin finish sleeve has crisp, sharp edges and a spine with text that is clear and bold. The sleeve has no ring wear, and is unmarked. The opening edges are ABSOLUTELY RAZOR SHARP, indicating that the vinyl has rarely seen the light of day.
The original inner sleeve is as new, and the lyric sheet is uncreasd and unmarked, apart from a little age related browning.
