THIS IS A SUPERB FULLY COMPLETE FIRST PRESS WITH THE ADDED BONUS OF A MISS PRESS EXTRA DOT ON THE SOLD IN .U.K. TEXT ON THE LABEL.
THE GATEFOLD SLEEVE IS IN EX- CONDITION.IT STILL REMAINS NICE AND BRIGHT WITH MINIMAL CREASING ON THE FRONT AND BACK.THERE ARE A COUPLE OF SLIGHT CORNER BUMPS AND THE SPINE DOES SHOW SOME CREASING AND WEAR BUT THE WORDING IS FULLY READABLE(SEE PHOTO).THE INSIDE IS IN SUPERB SHAPE.
THE LABELS ARE EXCELLENT WITH MINIMAL WEAR AROUND THE HOLE.THERE IN NO WRITING OR DAMAGE TO THE TEXT.KT STAMP ON SIDE 1 AND ALSO HAS THE EXTRA DOT IN THE SOLD IN UK TEXT.
THE VINYL IS SUPERB EX+.IT HAS A BEAUTIFUL GLOSSY SHINE WHICH IS RARE DUE TO THE UNIQUE LACK OF TRACK BANDING ON THIS RELEASE.IT HAS 1 OR 2 TINY MARKS ONLY THAT ARE VERY LIGHT AND ALSO HARD TO FIND.THERE IS NOTHING TO AFFECT PLAYBACK WHICH IS ALSO SUPERB.NO CLICKS,SKIPS OR JUMPS ETC.JUST TINY CRACKLE IN SOME RUN INS WHICH IS PROBABLY AS GOOD AS IT GETS WITH THIS ALBUM.
THE RED AND WHITE PSYCH INNER IS IN EX- CONDITION WITH SOME MINOR WEAR AND CREASING BUT HAS NO TEARS OR SPLITS.
THE DARK GREEN CUT OUT INNER IS EXCELLENT AND HAS NO DAMAGE.
THIS IS A GREAT COPY OF ONE OF THE BEATLES MOST INFLUENTIAL ALBUMS AND MUCH MORE SOUGHT AFTER IN SUPERB MONO.
Grading:
MINT: Brand new condition, no surface marks no deterioration in sound, all paperwork should be in perfect condition
Excellent: The Record shows some signs of being played, there is very little lessening of sound quality. The packaging may have very slight signs of wear and /or creasing.
Very Good: The Record has been played a number of times, but there is no major deterioration in sound quality, despite slight surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Good; The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps some mild scratches. The cover suffers from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits and discoloration.
Fair: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise. It may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
I add a plus or minus when the item is somewhere between two grades
