Description
THE BEATLES Sgt Peppers lonely hearts club band” this is the RARE STEREO ALBUM. Released on the YELLOW/BLACK PARLOPHONE label, catalogue number PCS 7027 - run off - groove numbers are YEX 637-1 and YEX 638-1 stampers 2P and 2O. The label has "THE GRAMOPHONE CO" and “SOLD IN UK” printed on the record label.
The record sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition and really looks almost like new! Sleeve has no rips, no tears, and no sleeve creases, ORIGINAL SUPER WIDE FLAT SHARP EDGED SPINE!!! There is no missing laminate, rich shiny full glossy sleeve throughout.
Some very slight faint back sleeve only, record sleeve ring wear (slight dulling in places) and a few small laminate creases on the whole sleeve. No serious corner wear most are like new (there is a small corner wear rub on the bottom right hand corner of the bottom back sleeve edge only where some of the sleeve’s edge print is missing approx 1cm in length). The sleeve has no split seems. The middle fold out is just like new!! Stunning condition super clean, and you can even hear the inner spine laminate creak! As you open it!
Record includes the original Sgt Peppers cut-out insert, which is in MINT condition (no rips no tears and no creases).
The record comes with the original red/white patterned inner sleeve, unfortunately this is split all the way along the bottom seem, but there are no rips no tears and no major inner sleeve creases.
Record labels are stunning NEAR MINT condition, super deep rich clear print, looks just pressed!! Only a few extreme light spindle hole marks evident which are barely visible.
Record playing surfaces have superb brilliant original sheen, just like new!! Visually grades as NEAR MINT!
Playing surfaces have two small ultra feather light surface scuff marks, these are barely visible and you will have to look under a very bright light to see them.
There are some questionable small parts of the record in almost the same place on both sides that looks like groove wear? However this is totally non sounding and there is no affect on the quality of the record’s sound.
The record play grades EXCELLENT++, the sound displays, no crackles, no clicks, no pops and no jumps.
Overall this is a superb copy, which has been hardly played by its owner, and who at the same time has taken great care of the record and looked after it.
Record is fully guaranteed, and I offer a no quibble money back guarantee if not as described. Record sent out with PVC sleeve in thick protective cardboard packaging.
