The ? means it is difficult to tell what it is.It looks like an upside down g.It should be a number.Using a magnifying glass it looks like an O or C with a curl coming from the top.
IF ANYONE CAN TELL ME WHAT IS IT I WOULD BE VERY INTERESTED
