Condition: Side 1 - Vinyl Visual: NM - virtually unmarked - stunning Side 2 - Vinyl Visual: EX/NM - virtually unmarked barring a couple of light marks towards the end of the side. Side 1 - Label: NM - Unmarked Side 2 - Label: NM - Unmarked Side 1 - Audio: NM - virtually no surface noise - amazing play throughout Side 2 - Audio: EX/NM - virtually no surface noise, just a couple of light dusty pops during "sixty four" and a couple of light pops right at the very end of the side - great audio. Sleeve: NM - The front of the sleeve has just a few light crescent shaped laminate creases, minor. The rear is absolutely faultless. the edges are sharp and completely unworn. The spine is truly excellent - no delamination at all, just the usual lining down the laminate where the sleeve opens, again minor. The inner surfaces are perfectly prestine - just breath takingly perfect - just like new. The openings are crisp and sharp, no feathering. The flames inner is superb - no seam splitting or heavy creasing, splits or tears. Just the matrix number written by the original record vendor on the top right hand corner. The cut outs insert is in excellent unmarked condition. It helps that this record was stored upright in a record box for the last 45 years! Top, top condition. Fantastic copy of one of the rarest beatles collectable vinyls - you will not be dissapointed. Thanks For Looking!!
records are played from start to finish and I will always try to grade as accurately as possible ** I also use the Record Collector's Grading system which is as below: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
