Description
For sale here is an LP box set of THE BEATLES - Original Studio Recordings. This is the STEREO -180 Gram Remastered 16 LP Vinyl Box, released in 2012 by Capitol Records. It contains all 13 of the studio albums plus the 2-disc "Past Masters" set, along with a deluxe 252-page hardback book. The first picture attached to this listing is a "stock" photo, showing what the set contains. The rest of the images attached are of the actual set that is for sale here.
The second picture shows the box with all of the contents in place. The third image shows the box with only the sealed items in place, and the fourth image shows the three albums that have been opened.
The fifth image shows the back of the outer sleeve, which also gives a detailed description of the contents of this set.
Cosmetically, the outer packaging is only in fair condition. The outer sleeve has some creases and small tears, and the corners of the sleeve have been reinforced from the inside with clear tape. The top of the inner box also has some minor scuffs and other marks (shown in the last three images, but hard to photograph), but it is otherwise in very solid shape.
The contents of the set are in EXCELLENT shape. The hardback book and 11 of the albums are still SEALED in their individual shrink-wrap (the "White Album" is a 2-LP set, so there are 12 discs that are still sealed). I examined the three LP titles that have been opened (Revolver, Sgt. Peppers, Past Masters, which are shown in the fourth image), and the 4 discs in those three albums are all in outstanding condition. I bought the set from the original owner, and have not played any of the opened discs myself, but I cannot say for certain that they were never played. In my opinion, they appear to be unplayed. I think that it would be difficult to find one of these sets in better condition, unless you purchase one that is still factory-sealed.
Buyer to pay calculated shipping to their location in the Continental U.S.. Because of its large size and weight (14" x 14" x 14", 24 pounds), the least expensive method will be USPS Media Mail. Please be aware that Media Mail can be SLOW (7 to 10 days to many locations). If you choose that option, please be patient, because the actual delivery time is beyond my control. If you want to receive the set faster, you can choose "standard" shipping by FedEx Home, or "expedited" shipping by USPS Priority Mail.
I accept payment by PayPal, and shipment MUST be to the buyer's PayPal "Confirmed" address. The package will be sent with Signature Confirmation, so the buyer will need to sign for it upon delivery.
I guarantee that this LP set will arrive as described, but it is otherwise sold on an AS-IS basis, with no additional warranty. I will NOT accept a return if the buyer removes the shrink-wrap from any of the unopened LPs or the hardcover book.
