Description:
Original UK 1963 first pressing of The Beatles Twist And Shout EP released on Parlophone.
This is the sought-after early misprint variation featuring the rarer MT tax code on side 1 together with the rear sleeve “Mddlesex” spelling error where the “I” is missing from Middlesex.
The vinyl visually grades VG+ overall with a few faint scratches and light hairlines visible under bright light, though surfaces remain especially glossy overall and show relatively light historical use.
Playback remains particularly strong overall grading VG+ with clear punchy mono audio and only a small amount of faint background crackle audible during careful play testing.
The original Garrod sleeve grades VG+ overall with faint rear ring wear and otherwise especially sharp presentation for an early Beatles EP sleeve.
A particularly interesting Beatles collector variation overall.
Carefully cleaned and fully play tested prior to listing. Vinyl also checked carefully for warping and dishing. This copy remains very flat.
