Description
Vintage 1971 U.S. Stereo “Beatles VI” LP factory sealed This one is likely on the Apple label. Early Apple issues did not have the Apple Logos or Capitol Logos printed on the covers. Only the small Capitol logo on the spine – no mention of Apple.
Has small number 18 on bottom right of back which means it is a Los Angles Pressing
Nice sealed example with 4 crisp corners. Perfect except for delete hole . Shrink is fully in tact
VINYL IS PRESUMED TO BE NEAR MINT TO MINT
Notes
These Apple variations of their albums, that were originally issued on Capitol, were in print only for a short time in 1971.
Pressed at Capitol's Los Angeles factory
"New Improved Full Dimensional Stereo" on front cover appears ON original slick with white backing. SLICK IS MISPLACED IN THAT IT COVERS SOME OF THE PRINT ON COVER- SEE SCANS
Factory designator #18 (Los Angeles) on lower right corner on back cover
This example is likely the plain apple label. I have ( or had) an opened copy from the same vendor with the delete hole in the same place and it had no mention of Capitol on the label
The regular air mail postage with tracking is $18.00 USA within Canada and $18 USD to the USA. It is $50.00 USA to the UK and Europe
I only charge actual cost for shipping and if it is less than quoted, I will refund any excess. I can fit up to 2 albums or 3 45's into the specially made shipping box used for 1 LP at no extra shipping charge.
RECORD WILL BE MAILED FROM CANADA.
All records are strictly graded and come with a 100% money back guarantee. All records are original, first pressings unless otherwise noted. If the record is an LP, EP or has a picture sleeve, the record is graded first, followed by the cover or sleeve.
Grading is based on the following criteria
Mint = store stock new
NEAR Mint = near new with only one or two small insignificant defects
Excellent = extremely nice. Would be Near Mint, except for a couple of light hairlines or scuffs, which do not affect play
VG++ = extremely nice. Would be EXCELLENT, except for a few light hairline scratches or scuffs, which do not affect play
VG+ = a nice, but used record that may have a series of light scuffs or scratches. It probably plays with a few pops, but has no serious problems.
VG = a well-used record that still sounds OK when played, but may have moderate surface noise, pops, etc.
VG- = a very well-worn record that plays through without skipping, but will do until a better copy comes along.
