THE BEATLES WHITE ALBUM PMC 7067/7068. MATRIX NUMBERS: Side 1: XEX 709-1; Side 2: XEX 710-1; Side 3: XEX 711-1; Side 4: XEX 712-1.
RECORDS/SLEEVE:
I am sadly having to sell one of my cherished copies of the White Album! The good news is that the two records are in great shape!! You can tell that the first disc has played but only lightly it just a has few very light hairlines which are very hard to find unless under a light bulb!! In general the surfaces look great!! It's somewhere around the VG+ mark if I'm being very strict although it's close to EX. Disc 2 though, is a stunning EX, with only slight evidence of play - looks just superb!!
The sleeve does have wear (see pics) other than some edge/corner wear, it does have some laminate lifting on the spine but in general it's a wonderfully clean and intact copy!! I think it's great and easily grades as VG+ with the laminate keeping this looking strong!! The poster does have some browning and has obviously been used and the posters have some wear but are in nice shape in general.
Please note that I think the black inner sleeves are replicas. They might be originals but seem a little too good for me!
