Description
For auction the Beatles classic 1968 UK 1st pressing (MONO) double Vinyl album ... The white album! serial number No, 0434692 with its original black innersleeves, poster and three of the four prints!
PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY!
Condition. the gatefold laminated flipbacked sleeve is in a EXCELLENT clean overall condition, with no damage or creasing, the spine is clear and legible both loading edges are sharp and firm, and the embossed BEATLES LOGO and serial number are clear to the front panel! there is no word stereo to the top right rear panel, making this the original MONO sleeve and one of the best examples i have seen for a long time!
The two original black inners are present one is graded VERY GOOD! the other is POOR! The original uk "kiss lips" poster is also in a POOR condition age soiled in places with some parted seams.
All four apple labels hold the SOLD IN THE UK etc. text, minimal spindle trails are evident on all four as you would expect but no graffiti, graded EXCELLENT sides 3 & 4 labels do not have an EMI RECORDING on them sides 1 & 2 have this!
VINYLS. SIDE 1. XEX 709-1 1 G is in a GOOD condition with a skip on back in the ussr!
SIDE 2. XEX 710-1 4 M G also grades GOOD with a skip on martha my dear!
SIDE 3. XEX 711-1 2 R H grades VERY GOOD nice and clean and playtested with no problems!
SIDE 4. XEX 712-1 1 A grades GOOD a with a skip on revolution!
The three original heavy card prints are clean and excellent! ... paul is missing!
Overall then an original uk 1968 MONO 1st pressing with the vinyls not in the best condition but with an excellent condition sleeve with a very nice deep grey serial number! you could buy this as a collection filler or just go for this very nice sleeve? ... and buy with confidence.... i get my gradings right (see feedback!) ...or your money back! ... I AM OPEN TO "BUY IT NOW" OFFERS FOR THIS ITEM!
