COMPLETE: BLACK INNERS, 4 PHOTOS & SPACER, KISS POSTER

THE BEATLES
The Beatles

UK APPLE (PCS 7067-8) NUMBERED, TOP LOADING, COMPLETE STEREO PRESSING OF THE BEATLES "White Album"

PRESSED ON HEAVYWEIGHT VINYL WITH DARK GREEN APPLE LABELS - "An EMI Recording" AND 'Mft. in UK' STATEMENTS BUT NO "SOLD IN UK.."
This copy most likely dates from around July 1969 (six months after its release) when EMI removed the "SOLD IN UK" statement from the labels. All indications; the low number, first matrices, top loading, black inners, first poster with "I Love You" etc all point to this being a very early copy - in the first batch with the new label
MATRICES: YEX 709 - 1 / YEX 710 - 1 / YEX 711 - 1 / YEX 712 - 1
MOTHERS/STAMPERS: 1/GTO, 7/RAT and 1/RHL, 7/RRD
THE TWO RECORDS ARE HOUSED IN THE FIRST ISSUE FULLY LAMINATED TOP OPENING GATEFOLD COVER "Printed and made in Great Britain by Garrod and Lofthouse International Ltd.” WITH 2 INTERNAL FLIPBACKS AND "THE BEATLES" EMBOSSED ON THE FRONT - NUMBERED: No 0093934
AND THE SET COMES COMPLETE WITH BOTH OF THE ORIGINAL BLACK DIE CUT INNER SLEEVES, 4 GLOSSY (THICK STOCK) PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHS WITH THEIR WHITE PAPER *SPACER* AND LARGE SIX PANE LYRIC POSTER WITH LIPSTICK 'KISS' AND "I LOVE YOU" PRINTED VERTICALLY THROUGH THE KISS

Side 2: Martha, My Dear / I'm So Tired / Blackbird / Piggies / Rocky Raccoon / Don't Pass Me By / Why Dont We Do It In The Road / I Will / Julia
Side 3: Birthday / Yer Blues / Mother Nature's Son / Everybody's Got Something To Hide Except Me And My Monkey / Sexy Sadie / Helter Skelter / Long, Long, Long
Side 4: Revolution 1 / Honey Pie / Savoy Truffle / Cry, Baby, Cry / Revolution 9 / Good Night

LABELS: NM/NM/NM/NM
Clean, bright, fresh and unmarked labels with from practically none to just a handful of light spindle traces
VINYL Visual: EX/EX+/EX+/EX+
RECORD ONE: Practically unmarked but for a small scratch (not deep) on the very beginning of Side One - this has minimal audio impact
RECORD TWO: Practically unmarked with a beautiful deep glossy sheen
VINYL Audio:
SIDE ONE: The mark mentioned above (0.5 cm) on the run-in to Side One and into "Back In The USSR" has barely any audio significance on this loud track. The rest of the side plays practically as-new with no audio distractions of any kind - the track divisions are silent and the sound performance is outstanding
SIDE TWO: "Martha, My Dear" has some distortion/crackle on the piano intro (for the first few seconds) otherwise Side Two has no other audible distractions - very clean - both "I Will" and "Julia" play beautifully
SIDE THREE: Plays EX++ throughout with practically no audible distractions of any kind
SIDE FOUR: Plays EX++ throughout with practically no audible distractions of any kind
SLEEVE: EXCELLENT
The fully laminated gatefold with internal flip backs is clean and fresh with a beautiful deep glossy sheen. The outer surface display only a few light creases and some record impression - the inside is practically as-new. There is some very light cracking to the laminate on the spine but all text is clear and bold. There is no STEREO on the back top corner of the sleeve. Overall, a very nice copy
POSTER: VERY GOOD+
The six panel lyric poster is pretty clean and unmarked but it has been handled and has some edge splitting to two of the folds
PORTRAIT PHOTOS: NEAR MINT
All four photos are practically like new
SPACER: EXCELLENT
Apart from a small black spot (from manufacture) the spacer is clean and unmarked
BLACK INNERS: VERY GOOD
The two black die cut inner sleeves are clean and with no bottom or side seam splits but one has a rip to the central die-cut section and the other has some splitting to the top opening side
