This "direct metal master" pressing of the White Album, I think it's the best sounding version I've heard of this album. I have the 30th anniversary CD, the MFSL vinyl, and the mono LP to compare it to.
It seems to have deeper bass, crisper highs, and less compression. You'll quickly heard sonic details you've never noticed before.
