Description
The Beatles - The Beatles
Original UK mono pressing housed in a numbered top opening sleeve. The number is 0108418. Has "Sold in the UK" text on all four labels. Omits "An EMI Recording" on record one, but adds it on record two. Comes with both black inner sleeves but is missing the poster and also missing all the photos. Slight warp on disc two.

Mother and stampers are hard to read well on this copy.
I have listened to the entire album with a sensitive elliptical stylus on an Audio Technica deck:
Side one: Superb, crisp and clear, playback is ex+ Side two: Superb, crisp and clear, hardly any crackle, tiny amount of background noise on Julia Side three: Plays ex+ until the end of Helter Skelter with about 15 clicks into start of Long Long Long Side four: Some pops at start of Revolution. Superb playback from there to the beginning of Revolution No 9 which has crackle that soon dissapears
The sleeve is in a strong vg+ condition, just light wear, still a nice example. The black inner sleeves are in vg+ condition, no splits. The records are in a weak vg condition, some light marks with a couple of feelable scratches but nothing too deep.
