Description
You're bidding on a RARE and COMPLETE copy of The Beatles' White Album. This copy is a German audiophile pressing (1C 172-04 173/74) and was done with Direct Metal Mastering, making the sound quality of this pressing superior to others. It is on WHITE VINYL, which also makes it more exciting...
The sleeve has The BEATLES in embossed letters and is numbered 119927. Also included is all 4 band member photos and the poster. Each photo has a single pinhole at the top. The poster has one pinhole in each corner. The sleeve itself has a slight amount of wear, which can be seen in the photo. The iconic Richard Hamilton sleeve has hardly ever looked better!
The vinyl itself is EX/VG++. Very very clean to the eye with only a couple very light scratches. Plays on my system loud and clear with a small amount of surface noise in quieter moments, but I'd bet that a good cleaning would fix that up. The records are still in their original plastic-lined paper sleeves. Plenty of life left in this bad boy! Would make an excellent Christmas gift for any Beatles freak!
