REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction is of the upmost importance to us so if for any reason you are not completly satisfied with your purchase from us please contact us right away so we may resolve the issue. If you wish to return an item, please do so within 14 days of item reciept. Item must be returned in its original unaltered condition and we will gladly issue your money back less any shipping, handling, and insurance charges. We do not reimburse for return shipping. Our return shipping address is: LGS 5962 Broadway Blvd.  Garland, TX 75043. If we feel that the return policy is being abused, we reserve the right to refuse any refund, unless the item has been grossly misrepresented.

PAYMENT

We accept PayPal only and request that payment be made within 2 days of winning bid. International bidders must pay through PayPal only please. On all pending payments through Pay Pal, your item will be shipped once payment has cleared and posted to our account.

SHIPPING

We ship through the United States Postal Service and are now offering world wide shipping.  Due to increases by the USPS starting 1/22/12 and the cost packaging materials we have had to raise our shipping rates accordingly. Shipping charges include delivery confirmation for tracking on domestic shipments and a US Customs tracking number on International shipments. We gladly offer combined shipping to save you money. All items will be shipped to confirmed addresses only within 1 business days Monday through Friday by 3pm central time. We cannot ship on Saturdays as our local post office is closed. We will ship all items promptly once payment clears our Pay Pal account but unfortunantly we cannot control shipping time once an item has been delivered to the USPS. On international shipments the customs fees will be based on the price you paid for your items and an Ebay packing slip will be enclosed on all shipments.
