THE BEATLES "YELLOW SUBMARINE"
APPLE RECORDS cat# PCS 7070
Matrices end: - 1 / - 1
**********************************************************
The soundtrack recording from the Beatles, pretty much outtakes and single tracks.
Since they were the best band of the time, and their music was all quite special, this was still worthwhile.
This UK pressing was of the best of the era for most musicians and public in general.
The STEREO mixes were now at least, better than previously pressed. They were able to use improved equipment too, an advance from the earlier 4track tapes!
On the b-side is George Martin's orchestral arrangements, and the sound more interesting with each play too. He was an accomplished producer and a brilliant musician.
CONDITION;
The VINYL grades VG, playing through loud and clear! There are several marks and a needle trail or two on side 2, but playing through okay with some light crackle, A few tics might be heard but the music sounds great. Not for the audiophile but not a disaster by any means.
Original APPLE Lables are VG++.
No stickers or writing, spindle lines only.
The LAMINATED 3 TAB COVER is VG+ with some creases to the laminate.
See pictures.
